The Selection International Wine series is a fine collection of premium winemaking kits which feature grape varietals and blends harvested in great winemaking regions outside North American. Following in the great tradition established by our premium Selection products, Select International wine Series yield wines of superior quality from a combination of 100% pure varietal grape juice and premium grape concentrates. The result is a full-bodied, quality wine possessing superior flavour, aroma and complexity.

Equipment and Supplies Required
Plastic Fermentor-tub or pail of no less than 30 litres (8 U.S. gallons) capacity. 23 litre (6 U.S. gallon) plastic or glass secondary fermentor (carboy) with bung and airlock. Syphon rod with sufficient tubing. Hydrometer with test jar. Thermometer. Mixing spoon. Diversal BXA for cleaning. 30 wine bottles (750ml size or 25.4 fl oz U.S.) with good quality corks or stoppers. This kit requires no additives other than water.
