DUNKELWEIZEN

Munich and Chocolate malts combine to create a darker, maltier version than its lighter counterpart, Hefeweizen. Dunkelweizen is amber-brown in color yet medium-bodied with a slightly sweet, bready flavor. This ale produces the characteristic phenols and ester found in traditional Weizens with the addition of a speciality wheat yeast (included).

8 oz. Crushed Chocolate Malt
8 oz. Crushed Munich 10L Malt
1 lb. Maltodextrin
1 each Grain Bag
1/2 oz. Bittering Hops
1 oz. Flavoring Hops
5 oz. Priming Sugar
60 each Crown Caps
1 each Beer Yeast
